Business Accounts
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their information, availability, pricing, and published services.
Bookings
Turno Fácil acts only as an intermediary for booking management and is not responsible for the fulfillment of services offered by businesses.
Booking modifications or cancellations are subject to the policies of the respective business.
Payments
Payments are currently under development. In the future, some services may require payments or subscriptions.
Businesses may be subject to monthly subscriptions for certain features.
At this time, there are no refund policies in place.
Communication
The app allows communication between users and businesses through an in-app chat. Misuse of this feature may result in account suspension.
By using the app, you agree to receive notifications related to bookings, reminders, and relevant activity.
Content
You are responsible for the content you publish, including information, images, and messages.
You may not post offensive, illegal, misleading content, or content that violates third-party rights.
Service Availability
We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times. The service may be modified, suspended, or interrupted without notice.
Limitation of Liability
Turno Fácil is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the app or third-party services.
Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic.
